Trust
Relying on another. Trust is congruence between what is said and what is done.
Trust implies depth and assurance of feeling often based on inconclusive evidence. Trust forms the basis for social interaction especially reciprocity and the agreement for future actions essential for planning and working together.
Trust depends on two independent components :- intent and ability
Unless you intend to fulfill your agreement and keep your word there is no trust. But intent is not enough , you have to deliver on hour promises and that requires the ability to do what you promise.
